All of our beds are made to order, meaning each piece is carefully crafted specifically for you.
As a result, please allow an estimated 6–12 weeks for delivery from the date your order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders.
Made to Order
As all items are made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated 6–12 week lead time and understand that your item is being custom-made.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Items reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
